We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes job description, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's extract content: Job title: travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room (but we don't repeat as heading). Details: Specialty: OR - Operating Room, Discipline: RN, Start Date: 10/12/2026, Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, Shift: 8 hours, Employment Type: Travel, Location: Facility in Hermiston, OR. Job Details paragraph: Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Hermiston, OR. The OR RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and adheres to the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics in a dynamic surgical environment. Essential Work Functions: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We'll put as
  • . Required Essential Skills: list of skills (critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills; ability to read/write/communicate in English; ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, proficiency in PC skills; Physical Abilities... etc). We'll put as
    • . Benefits Include: list: Highly competitive pay for travel professionals; Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage; Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours; Life and Short-term disability offered; 401(k) matching; Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program; 24/7 recruiter support; Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs. Why Choose Fusion? paragraph. Other Duties Disclaimer: paragraph. Start your rewarding career... Apply now! (application instruction, we should remove). Then there is About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing paragraph. Then BenefitsBenefits start day 1... list of benefits again (duplicate). We should not duplicate; we can include benefits once. We need to avoid boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Remove "Other Duties Disclaimer"? It's not boilerplate but it's a disclaimer; maybe we can keep as part of responsibilities? It's generic but maybe we keep as part of responsibilities? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer is not duplicated but it's generic; but we can keep as part of responsibilities? Might be okay. We must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay: they mention "competitive pay" but not specific amount. They also mention "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague; we should not create Pay section if no specific pay. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since they only say competitive pay, not specific, we should not create Pay section. Schedule: they have Shift: 8 hours, 40 hours per week. That's specific schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: they list specific benefits, so we can include Benefits section. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (summary paragraph), "Responsibilities" (essential work functions), "Requirements" (required qualifications), "Preferred Qualifications" maybe combine into Qualifications? Could have "Qualifications" section covering required and preferred. Or separate "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to use. We have content for About the role (summary paragraph). Responsibilities (essential work functions). Requirements (required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (required essential skills). Benefits (benefits list). Schedule (shift/hours). We'll not include Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not include Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We might also include start date and duration? Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list. Could add to About the role paragraph: include start date and duration. Let's incorporate: "Start Date: 10/12/2026; Duration: 13 weeks". Add to About the role paragraph. Also location: Hermiston, OR. Add. Let's update About the role paragraph. Now ensure no duplicated content. We removed "Why Choose Fusion?" and "Other Duties Disclaimer" and "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing" as they are boilerplate? The "Why Choose Fusion?" is promotional but maybe not boilerplate; but we can keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Why Choose Fusion?" is not boilerplate but could be considered promotional; but we might keep as part of About the role? However we already have About the role paragraph; we could add a bit more. But to be safe, we can omit it as it's not essential. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. "Why Choose Fusion?" is substantive? It's promotional but still info about company. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to include? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It does not say to remove promotional content. So we could keep it. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add a second paragraph about why choose Fusion. However we must not create thin sections. Could add another paragraph under About the role? But we already have About the role heading; we can have multiple paragraphs under it. Let's add a second paragraph: "At Fusion Medical Staffing, our goal is to improve the lives of everyone we touch, and we're always looking for people like you to join our mission. Your passion for helping others deserves a partner just as committed to supporting you — that’s why we offer day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, and more.
