Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,650 per week

About the role

Operating Room (OR) Nurse responsible for providing professional nursing care throughout the peri-operative period. This role requires assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients across all age groups, with a focus on orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy procedures. The position involves regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Practice of professional nursing which includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients of all age groups (pediatric through geriatric)
• Advocate for and care for the patient during the peri-operative period (admission through discharge from PeriOperative Services)
• Regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license applicable to the state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in peri-operative nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy procedures

Schedule

• Shift: 8 hours, days
• 40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• End Date: 12/07/2026
• Includes regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage
