Schedule

• 5x8-hour day shifts (0700-1530)
• Rotating standby (On-Call) and Call-Back shifts
• 40 regular hours per week
• Contract length: 24 weeks (extensions available)
• Start date: 10/18/2026

Pay

Weekly pay package for 40 regular hours:

• Taxable Base Rate: $34.00/hr ($1,360.00 weekly)
• Non-Taxable Housing & Meal Stipend: $178.00/day × 7 days ($1,246.00 weekly)
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,606.00
• One-Time Travel Allowance: $500.00 (non-taxable, paid in first paycheck)

Stipend based on GSA FY26 Standard CONUS per diem for Pine Ridge/Oglala Lakota County ($110 lodging + $68 M&IE). On-Call and Call-Back shifts are paid separately per contract terms.

Blended rates for comparison:

• Blended Rate (recurring pay only): $65.15/hr
• Blended Rate (including amortized travel allowance over 24 weeks): $65.68/hr

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, D.C., or territory); NCLEX-RN
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical/OR service department
• Able to pass a federal background investigation (PIV/HSPD-12)
• Comfortable working in a rural, medically underserved, culturally distinct community
