AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
• Work 10-hour shifts on days, evenings, or nights (40 hours per week)
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced OR environment
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for patient documentation
• Apply strong clinical assessment skills in perioperative patient care

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license for West Virginia or a compact state
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• At least 18 months of clinical nursing experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operating room environment
• SSN and DOB required for submission
• 2 references within the last 12 months

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) recommended
• Critical thinking and adaptability
• Experience with perioperative care

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Pay Rate: $2466.00 - $2593.00
