Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
• Utilize advanced surgical technology and maintain sterile technique
• Collaborate with surgical team members during procedures
• Manage anesthesia care and patient monitoring
• Document patient care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Required qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current West Virginia RN license (must be in hand)
• At least two years of recent operating room nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (copy needed)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Ophthalmology experience required
• Two recent references, with at least one within the last year

Pay

$2374.00 – $2521.00 per week, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
