Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,350 per week

Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Sterling, VA. This role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a surgical setting, supporting a team performing a variety of complex procedures, including total joints, spine, urology, and robotic surgeries. The position requires collaboration with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized perioperative nursing care; support surgical team during complex procedures (total joints, spine, urology, robotic surgeries); collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Completed certification in Certified Surgical Tech
• Experience scrubbing in orthopedic, spine, general, urology, and robotic cases
• Familiarity with OR equipment
• Proficiency with Meditech Electronic Medical Record system
• Ability to work as a team player with a friendly demeanor

Qualifications

• Experience with DaVinci robotic systems
• Experience in urology, general, and gynecological surgeries

Skills

• Adaptability to weekend call and night shift requirements

Schedule

• Days shift, 10 hours per day
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Weekend call: 3 weekend call days (24 hours) per six‑week period
• Night shifts: 3 shifts per week from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Monday‑Friday operation with weekend call requirements
