Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,340 per week

Operating Room (OR) Nurse position available in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This 26-week contract assignment involves working rotating shifts with 4x10 hour shifts starting on August 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as an Operating Room Nurse, including scrub nursing
• Assist with robotic procedures
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Adhere to rotating shifts with 4x10 hour shifts (approximately 07:00 to 17:20), with flexibility based on surgical volume
• Participate in call responsibilities, including weekday, weekend, and rotating holiday call hours based on department needs
• Float onsite within your skill set (floating to sites beyond 40 miles is not required)

Requirements

• Certified OR Nurse with at least 2 years of OR experience
• Prior travel experience of at least 1 year
• Robotic procedure experience
• Scrub nurse experience (helpful)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Valid Wisconsin nursing license
• Available to start on August 30, 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-acuity procedures
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (rotating shifts)
• Approximate shift hours: 07:00 to 17:20
• Call responsibilities: Weekday, weekend, and rotating holiday call based on department needs

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
