Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,265 per week

About the role

Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the surgical suite, supervising staff, and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role requires assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan perioperative nursing care
• Deliver direct clinical care to patients in the surgical suite
• Supervise OR staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Operating Room experience
• Certification in perioperative nursing
• Familiarity with surgical equipment and procedures
