Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,235 per week
Job Summary
The role involves providing skilled perioperative nursing care to a variety of surgical patients, including orthopedic, general, podiatry, gynecology/obstetrics (including cesarean sections), pain management, urology, and endoscopy cases. The nurse will demonstrate proficiency and independence in assessing patients, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, while adhering to hospital policies and promoting patient safety.
Job Details
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (total of 12 hours shift available on specified days)
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA only)
RN License in the state of New Mexico
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (AHA only)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (AHA only)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Additional language skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
