Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,205 per week
Operating Room (OR) Nurse or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) needed in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves providing specialized surgical support in a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment with a focus on neurosurgery, orthopedics, robotic surgeries, and more.
About the role
The role requires experienced professionals capable of handling complex procedures tailored to patient needs. You will support a 20-bed surgical unit with a staff complement of one RN, one CST, and one FA per operating room. Procedures include neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, robotic surgeries, vascular, bariatric, ENT, urology, thoracic, and colorectal surgeries. Candidates should be comfortable working with advanced equipment including DaVinci Xi robots, Mazor robots, and Stealth Navigation systems.
Schedule
- Day shifts, 10 hours per shift
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Call shifts as needed (no more than 1 per week)
Requirements
- Valid medical license (RN registered nurses in Tennessee or a compact state)
- Certification as STFA Certified Surgical Technologist or RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant)
- CPR certification
- Minimum of multi-year OR experience in the current role (RN, CST, FA, RNFA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Endovascular experience
- DaVinci robotics experience
- Meditech electronic charting experience

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
