Pay Rate: $2117.00 - $2248.00

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, OR
• References: 2 References in the last 48 months Include past 7 years of work experience (If less than 7 years of Nursing experience, non-clinical work history must be provided to fulfill 7-year WH requirement here).
• 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above.
• References must be from same skillset of the order being submitted to.
• RN License Copy On-File
• Education must include city and state
• Can Pass Fit Test: Y/N
• Answered Flu Vax: On File or Willing to Obtain
• Answered (Declinations Not Accepted)
