About the role
NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assisting with preoperative and postoperative care
- Maintaining sterile field and instrument counts
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Alaska
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay
The pay range for this position is $1859.45 - $2187.59 per week, subject to confirmation.
Schedule
This is a 3x12 Day assignment, consisting of 36-hour workweeks with 12-hour shifts.
