About the role
Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients.
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions during operations.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the surgical team.
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Experience in operating room setting preferred but not required.
