- Number of Beds: 5 ORs, 1 Cysto room. Typically run 4-5 ORs a day
- Patient Ratios: N/A
- Unit Staffing Description: Daily boardrunner, one circulator, one scrub, one FA staffed to each room. Total joint procedures require additional scrub or FA.
- Type of Equipment:
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: Full time hours, 1-2 late shifts a week. Call is rotating weekends.
- Floating Policy: Typically do not float. In the event of low volume, opportunities provided in other departments of surgical services (within scope)
- Patient Experience Requirements: Experience with Ortho and spine preferred as these are our primary service lines. General, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, robotic services present at our facility.
