• Perform high volume of General, Neuro surgery including Crani, Ortho, Robotic, some Urology and plastic.
  
• Heart and Transplants as well
  
• Patient Experience Required: Must be friendly and compassionate with our patients

Number of Beds : 17. Includes CVOR and Transplant. Not a leveled trauma center
Patient Ratios : OR nursing 1/1
Unit staffing description: (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1-2 Surgical Techs per case
Type of equipment : Robots: Davinci XI, Globus and Mako, Microscopes, and other usual OR Equipment
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: Floating policy: As needed
Hiring profile: Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
BLS
ACLS
NIH REQUIRED
OR Experience in a hospital setting
Neurosurgery experience
2+ Years of Hosp/Specialty experience
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
Robotic experience
Meditech Experience preferred
