Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,004 per week

Position Details

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (first‑time travelers not accepted)
• Vascular experience required
• Current BLS certification

Skills

• Circulating nurse experience
• Foley catheter insertion and management
• Chest tube management
• AED operation
• Ability to float and relieve colleagues for lunch breaks anywhere in the OR

Equipment and Technology

• Electronic Medical Record: Cerner
• IV Pump: Plum
• Medication dispensing: Omnicell
• Unit‑specific equipment: Bovie, tourniquet, harmonic scalpel, OR bed, stretcher
• Robotics: DaVinci D5 (experience preferred but not required)

Schedule

• Weekend rotation based on unit needs
• On‑call required; hours determined by schedule with a 40‑minute response time
• Holiday work as needed per unit requirements
• Schedule cycle in 6‑week increments
