About the role
NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Palmer, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative care
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient operating room operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Alaska
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in OR setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
