About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Operating Room (OR) in Lenexa, Kansas. This is a 13-week assignment starting on 08/24/2026, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will be responsible for providing perioperative care to patients in a 350-bed Level 2 Trauma center. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the surgical team.
Requirements
- 2 years of OR experience
- Active RN license (Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- SSN and DOB required
- Work history with no more than 90 days of gap in the last year
- Strong Trauma experience
