Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $1,865 per week

Job Summary

The role involves assessing, planning, directing, evaluating, and delivering safe and appropriate care within the scope of practice for patients in the operating room setting. The position is for a contractor replacement and focuses on perioperative patient care, ensuring adherence to safety standards and clinical protocols.

Schedule

• Four 9-hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• May include either a consistent day off each week or a rotating day off providing a three-day weekend every other week

Required Qualifications

• Current New Mexico or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CURRENT Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire
• CURRENT Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• PALS certification is preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of previous operating room, pre-operative, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), or related experience preferred

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
