- About TotalMed RN: description.
- Benefits: Weekly pay, Guaranteed Hours, Continuing Education, 401k retirement plan, Sick pay, Wellness and fitness programs, Referral bonus, Employee assistance programs, Medical benefits, Dental benefits, Vision benefits, Benefits start day 1.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could include description of role, responsibilities, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: certifications, experience.
- Qualifications: maybe experience years? Could combine with requirements.
- Skills: maybe physical demands? Could be separate.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: mention pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, tax-free stipend amount to be determined. This is somewhat vague but it's actual content: "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's specific enough? It says tax-free stipend amount to be determined (unspecified). The rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, tax-free stipend amount to be determined. That's a statement about pay, albeit not a specific number. It's still content. So we can include a Pay section with that sentence.
- Schedule: we have shift: 8 hours, days; 40 hours per week; duration 13 weeks. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
- Benefits: we have list.
We need to avoid duplication. Also need to fold minor metadata like Job ID into a short
or drop it. We can include a short paragraph at top with Job ID and location maybe.
We must not repeat the job title as heading. The page already shows it, but we are outputting fragment only; we should not include a heading for the job title.
We need to use
for section headings.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. but there is "About TotalMed RN" which is substantive; we can keep that as maybe "About the company" but not required heading. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate section "About the employer". However the instruction only lists certain headings; we can use others? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications if distinct.
We need to avoid filler sections.
Let's extract content for each.
About the role: Could be a prose paragraph describing the role: "We're looking for Operating Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Camden, SC. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant. As an OR Travel Nurse, you will assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients, as well as providing pre- and post-surgery care and education to the patient." That seems appropriate.
Responsibilities: list of duties: Provide basic bedside care; Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment; Serve as the communication liaison between patients' family members and members of the operating team; Ensure that the correct procedure(s) is being performed on the correct patient; Initiate patient education plan as prescribed by physician; teach patients and families how to manage medication and home care needs. Plus additional duties for circulating, scrub, RN first assistant. Could combine all duties into a single list? Might be long but okay.
We could separate into sublists? But rule: use - for any list. Could have one
with all duties. That's fine.
Requirements: Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, 4 Years (maybe 4 years experience?). Also mention 1-2 years recent acute care experience as circulating/scrub nurse, potentially RN first assistant. Also mention ability to stand/walk long periods, bend/lean/stoop, lift 20 lbs, move/lift patients up to 50 lbs, hazards exposure. Those could be under Requirements or Skills. The instruction includes Skills section; we could put physical demands under Skills. Requirements could be certifications and experience.
Qualifications: maybe the experience years? Could be redundant. Let's decide: We'll have Requirements (certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS; plus 1-2 years recent acute care experience as circulating/scrub nurse, potentially RN first assistant). Qualifications could be the physical ability and maybe the 4 years? Actually the "4 Years" under Requirements* maybe means 4 years of experience? The line: "Requirements*: ACLS, BLS, PALS, 4 Years * Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment." So they require 4 years experience? plus certifications. Also earlier they said 1-2 years recent acute care experience. There's a conflict; maybe 4 years overall experience, 1-2 years recent acute care. We'll preserve both.
Thus Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications; 4 years of experience (overall); 1-2 years recent acute care experience as circulating/scrub nurse, potentially RN first assistant.
Qualifications: maybe not needed; we could skip Qualifications if content overlaps. But we have physical demands and ability to lift etc. Those could be Skills.
Skills: ability to stand/walk long periods, bend/lean/stoop, lift 20 pounds, move/lift patients up to 50 pounds, ability to handle hazards exposure.
Benefits: list as given.
Pay: "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined."
Schedule: "Duration: 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; Shift: 8 hours, days."
We also have location: Camden, South Carolina. Could be in About the role paragraph.
We need to include Job ID maybe as a short p: "Job ID: 1501272". Not as heading.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's craft.
