Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $1,800 per week

Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a healthcare facility located in Hickory, North Carolina. This position involves providing perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical environment, supporting a variety of surgical specialties including orthopedics and neurology. The role requires an adaptable and dedicated RN prepared to uphold high standards of patient safety and care.

About the role

• 13-week travel assignment covering a leave of absence
• Start date: September 14, 2026
• Day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM (12 hours per shift)
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Low patient-to-nurse ratio
• Work with advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems (Da Vinci), Mako, and Holmium Laser
• Primarily adult patients with minimal pediatric outpatient cases
• No floating required

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Valid RN licensure to practice in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of OR experience
