About the role
Travel OR RN Circulator position at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, travel employment type, start date ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Circulating cases and pulling supplies/equipment for procedures
- Maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio
- Unit size: 9 beds
- Adhering to call requirements: 3 first calls, 3 second calls, and 1 weekend in each 6‑week period
Requirements
- RN discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of OR nursing experience
- Experience in Robotics, Orthopedics, General surgery, OB/GYN
- Must have C‑section experience
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Ability to wear green scrubs
Skills
- OR Circulate specialty
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Knowledge of robotic, orthopedic, general, and OB/GYN procedures
- Strong case circulation and supply management skills
Schedule
- Shift options: 4×10‑hour days (7:00 am – 5:30 pm) or 5×8‑hour days (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
- Total hours: 40 per week
- Call requirement: 3 first calls, 3 second calls, and 1 weekend in each 6‑week period
