Responsibilities
- Preparing the OR
- Managing surgical equipment
- Aiding with patient positioning
- Maintaining sterile fields
- Supporting the surgical team
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Handling instruments and specimens
- Documenting care
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year recent OR RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Certified in BLS
- Prior ACLS, PALS, or ENPC certification preferred
- OR Nursing Certification (CNOR) preferred
- Requires critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Must possess visual acuity and interpersonal skills
