Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver evidenced-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff
- Collaborate with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education
- Monitor compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including ONS guidelines, chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification, and competency requirements
- Central office–based role requiring travel to select H+H facilities (details to be discussed during the interview process)
Requirements
- Two years of Med/Surg chemo infusion experience
- IV insertion and phlebotomy skills
- Chemotherapy Certification (ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification)
- Preceptor experience
- New York State RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- Current Oncology Nurse Certification
