About the role
The role is an Oncology Nurse Navigator position.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient navigation services to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Coordinate referrals and access to community resources.
- Ensure patients have access to necessary medical supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of oncology nursing experience.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts.
- ONS certification preferred.
