Travel Gynecology Cancer Care RN position at Maine Medical Center Scarborough Campus in Scarborough, Maine. This specialized cancer care facility offers outpatient services and is part of a teaching hospital system providing advanced gynecologic oncology care. Scarborough is a 15-minute drive from Portland, Maine, with access to scenic areas like Scarborough Marsh and Portland’s Old Port district for shopping and dining.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in gynecologic oncology
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide triage nursing both over the phone and in person
• Work in a fast-paced outpatient setting with varying daily tasks
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Requirements

• Current Maine RN license (Compact accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent gynecology oncology or acute care nursing experience
• 2–3+ years of clinical experience in Oncology, Med Surg, Acute Care, or other high-acuity settings
• BLS certification (copy required)
• Strong critical thinking and ability to transition between tasks efficiently
• Experience in high-acuity nursing, oncology, or triage nursing preferred
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• Two professional references covering entire work history

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 5-day work week
• Closed on weekends and holidays

Pay

Pay Rate: $2,391.00 – $2,514.00 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
