Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $2,370 per week

Job Summary

A registered nurse (RN) position is available on the Medical Surgical/Oncology Floor in Lewiston, Maine. This role involves providing patient care within a 24/7 acute care setting, supporting a variety of medical and oncological patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

• Location: Lewiston, ME

• Department/Unit: M1 Med-Surg/Oncology Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Floor

• Shift: Nights, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

• Schedule: 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license

• BCLS or BLS certification

• 2+ years of experience

• Familiarity with wound vacs, Prevena vacs, Baxter IV pumps, cancer care, diabetes mellitus (DM), pneumonia (PNA), and general surgery

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemo certification (not required)

Float Requirements

• Float to all inpatient areas

Additional Information

• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling

• The unit uses Omnicell, EPIC, and SBAR electronic health records systems

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
