Job Details

• Position: Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse

• Schedule: Rotating shift with 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with electronic medical record system (EPIC)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a related setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous oncology nursing experience
• Familiarity with oncology unit protocols
• Experience working in a hospital environment

• The unit specializes in caring for medicine oncology patients
• Shift rotations may include weekends and holidays as needed
• Candidates with prior employment within any Johns Hopkins health system facility must have completed a full year away from such employment before applying

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
