About the role
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in Massachusetts will provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a level 3 or 4 NICU setting. The role requires experienced nurses comfortable working night shifts within a dedicated hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a level 3 or 4 NICU setting.
- Work 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three nights per week.
- Adhere to every third weekend requirement.
- Adhere to applicable hospital policies and clinical standards.
Requirements
- Valid LVN, RN, or higher-level nursing license.
- Two years of NICU level 3 or 4 experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- EPIC electronic health record experience.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three nights per week, with every third weekend requirement.
