About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing: paragraph.
Benefits: repeated list.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could be the summary or job details. Use "About the role" heading with prose summarizing role.
- Responsibilities: could be Essential Work Functions list.
- Requirements: could be Required Qualifications.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? But we already have Requirements. Could combine? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. We'll put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications.
- Skills: Required Essential Skills.
- Benefits: Benefits Include list plus maybe other benefits (Why Choose Fusion? includes day one insurance etc). We'll combine.
- Pay: The posting mentions "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague but mentions competitive pay. Not a specific number. The rule: do NOT include Pay section unless posting actually states them. It states "Highly competitive pay" but not a number. Is that considered stating them? It says "competitive pay". Might be considered stating pay exists but not specific. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "Highly competitive pay" is somewhat vague but not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a statement that pay is competitive. Might be acceptable to include Pay section with that statement. However they also say "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's somewhat placeholder. Safer to omit Pay section because no concrete figure. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which is a statement about pay. I'd include Pay with that sentence.
- Schedule: The posting states shift: 12 hours, nights; 36 hours per week; start date, duration. So we can include Schedule section with those details.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's craft sections:

Pay
Highly competitive pay for travel professionals; pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Start Date: 10/19/2026; Duration: 13 weeks; 36 hours per week; Shift: 12 hours, nights.
We must ensure no duplication: Benefits list includes "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which also appears in Pay section. Might be duplicate. Could remove from Benefits to avoid duplication. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate lines: we should remove duplicated lines. The Benefits list includes that line; Pay section also includes similar. To avoid duplication, we could keep it only in Pay section and remove from Benefits. However the Benefits list originally had "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" as a bullet. If we remove it, we are omitting that substantive info? But we still have it in Pay section, so it's preserved. So we can remove duplicate from Benefits. Similarly, Benefits list includes "Weekly pay" etc. Keep. Check other duplicates: "Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage" appears also in Benefits and also in "Why Choose Fusion?" paragraph about day one insurance etc. That's not duplicate exactly but similar. We'll keep both as they are distinct phrasing. Now ensure no boilerplate: removed About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing paragraph? That is substantive about company; could be included under About the role? But we already have About the role focusing on role. The company description could be considered extra but not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing paragraph is substantive about company. Should we include it? Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the company". But allowed headings list does not include "About the company". We could incorporate into About the role paragraph. However we already have About the role with role description; we could add company description there. But to avoid too long, we could add a separate section "About the company" but not allowed heading. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings. So we must fit company info into one of those sections. Probably About the role can include both role and company info. We'll expand About the role paragraph to include company mission.
