Required Qualifications
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
2-3 years of clinical experience in a neonatal intensive care setting
Proficiency with equipment such as Baxter pumps, Nihon Kohlden monitors, and bubble CPAP
Experience caring for infants from 32 weeks gestation and above
Special Conditions
Must be separated from the healthcare organization for 6 or more months to be considered

Responsibilities
Providing direct patient care including procedures such as IV placements, oxygen therapy, labs, and drips
The unit includes 12 beds with an average daily census of 7, maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3
Floating between neonatal nurseries and mother-baby units as needed

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
