Responsibilities
- Provide care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 NICU setting.
- Work 4 shifts per week, rotating between 12-hour shifts on nights.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as an RN.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current NRP certification.
- Experience in a Level 3 NICU setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
