GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 12-week assignment starting on August 9, 2026, in Concord, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Nursing care of newborns in a neonatal intensive care unit setting
• Assisting with complex medical procedures and treatments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care plans are met
• Providing emotional support to families of critically ill newborns

Requirements

• 36 hours per week, nights shift
• 2 years previous experience in special care nursing of newborns
• RN MA State License
• BLS, NRP- Required

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification preferred

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
