Responsibilities

• 71‑bed NICU unit
• Total staff: 145 (Day shift: 1 CNC, 18 RN, unit secretary, supply technician; Night shift: 1 CNC, 18 RN, unit secretary)
• Patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:4 based on acuity
• Equipment: Giraffes, cribs, radiant warmers, Alaris medication pumps, Philips monitors
• EMR systems: Neonotes, Meditech

Requirements

• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• Minimum 1‑year experience in a level III NICU

Skills

• Experience with CPAP/BiPAP
• Ventilator management
