About the role

The healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a night shift position. This role involves providing specialized care to high-acuity neonatal patients, with potential to float to another campus as needed, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend
• Holiday coverage including Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, and the Day after Thanksgiving

Start date: September 6, 2026 | End date: November 29, 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to high-acuity neonatal patients
• Float to another campus as needed
• Use Epic charting system

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• CPR certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• 2+ years of experience as a Level 3 NICU RN
• Experience in Special Care Nursery

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
