Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing direct clinical care to neonatal patients on night shifts, including patient assessments, care planning, and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality and safe neonatal care within the facility.
Job Details
- Shift: Nights (12 hours per shift)
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned neonatal patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom care is delegated
- Support the facility chief nursing officer to ensure high standards of care, staff competency, and appropriate resource management
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in neonatal care
- Relevant clinical certification(s) as required by the facility
