Travel Nurse RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - $1,975 per week

About the role

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) - Level III. This position is based in a facility equipped to care for critically ill neonates requiring advanced respiratory support and therapeutic cooling. The NICU RN will provide direct nursing care to high-acuity neonatal patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting families through complex medical situations. The role requires an experienced nurse with strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, medication administration, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for premature and critically ill neonates requiring advanced respiratory and hemodynamic support.
• Manage ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP/NIPPV, and high-flow oxygen.
• Monitor and administer IV medications, blood products, and TPN.
• Recognize neonatal deterioration and participate in resuscitation and stabilization efforts.
• Collaborate with the NICU team and provide education and support to families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
