Responsibilities

Qualifications and skills required
- Active and unencumbered state license
- At least 2 years of recent NICU experience
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, either day or night
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills
- Educate excellent communication
- Show adaptability
- Show a passion for neonatal care
