MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel RN for a Neuro ICU assignment in Alexandria, Virginia. This 13‑week travel nursing position offers a 36‑hour work week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Neuro ICU setting
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients with life‑threatening brain‑related conditions.
• Educate and support patients’ families.
• Ensure proper functioning of life‑support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor vital signs for signs of distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Document medication administration meticulously.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures and perform CPR accurately.
