Key Responsibilities
- Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatment delivery
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and assist with patient care equipment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and follow written and verbal instructions
