Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,791 per week

About the role

Award-winning travel nursing agency, Trustaff is seeking a Med Surg / Telemetry RN for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Mason City, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients with general medical conditions or surgical procedures requiring hospitalization and intervention.
• Closely monitor patient conditions, including heart function, using accurate telemetry readouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring systems.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation), offering a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
