Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,633 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Start date: 01/04/2027; duration: 13 weeks; 36 hours per week; 12‑hour shifts (days and nights).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures; attend to those being treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Pay

Weekly payment estimates are provided for informational purposes and include a gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses; the exact amount will be confirmed by your recruiter. Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
