About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely using Epic.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- BLS certification required.
- 5+ years of M/S experience preferred.
- Experience with common diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, CHF, AKI, and osteomyelitis.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
- Knowledge of Med Surg and Telemetry nursing practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Epic experience preferred.
