Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,520 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Float as needed to additional units to care for the same patient population
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication evaluations
• Work at least every other holiday as required by facility scheduling policy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of experience obtained within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry environment
