- Number of Beds: 15
- Nurse:Patient Ratios: 0700-1900: 1:4-5; 1900-0730: 1:5-6
- Common Diagnosis / Types of Patients: Post-Surgical: Ortho, Urology, GYN/ONC, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, ENT, Plastics, GI. Acute medical patients with short anticipated length of stay may also be admitted.
- Experience or "Must have" skills: 1-2 years acute care nursing experience
- Are RNs required to titrate drips: Yes
- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin; occasionally nitro, Cardizem, insulin
