Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position located in a healthcare facility setting. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues and demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act. The position requires working straight weekend days with a 12‑hour shift schedule. All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility. The position involves working with patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up. Scrubs are navy blue.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the practicing state
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Located in the state of practice
Qualifications
- Experience in medical‑surgical and telemetry nursing
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems (EPIC)
- Ability to float (float rotation may be required)
