Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,374 per week

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral line care/management.
• Expertise in cardiac monitoring, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Utilization of rapid response teams and emergency care protocols.
• Management of respiratory support equipment, including nasal cannulas, oxygen face masks, and portable oxygen tanks.
• Care for patients with cardiovascular conditions and wounds, using specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts and wound vacs.
• Floating to MS, ICU, and ED as needed, focusing on Med/Surg-level patients or providing support.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing.
• Experience with IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral line care/management.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management.
• Experience with respiratory support equipment and specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts and wound vacs.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour nights, and be available for weekends.
• Experience with the EPIC EMR system preferred.
• Navy blue/white scrubs required.
