Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,275 per week

About the role

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Globe, Arizona. This position involves providing high-quality care in a Medical Surgical unit with telemetry capabilities. The role requires flexibility to float to other departments if needed and is scheduled during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit with telemetry capabilities
• Float to other departments as needed
• Work 12-hour day shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work in Arizona
• Flu vaccine required; no exceptions
• Travelers cannot have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
• No more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply
