Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,161 per week

About the Role

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a 20-bed Palliative/Stroke/Tikosyn unit. Nurses will be required to be flexible with schedules and may need to float to other units as necessary. The position includes care management and direct patient interaction within a team-focused environment.

Schedule

• Night shift schedule of 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a rotation into day shifts as needed
• Options for 36 or 48 hours per week are available
• Requirement to work 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• Candidates must work at least 1 holiday during their contract period
• 16-week contract position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates
• Active New York RN license
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NIHSS certification
