About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent acute care experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Current BLS certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
